Is there a way to sync everything on my iPhone to my PC? as opposed to the PC erasing everything on the iPod/iPhone and then sending everything from the PC to the device.

Because I got a lot of stuff loaded on to this from the previous owner and don't want to loose it when I sync.

Right now I'd be happy just to send music only to the phone, and leave the apps how they are.

But when I try to sync music only it tells me:
