Is there a way to re-arrange files within a folder? It seems as though I can no longer drag the file between two other files and drop it to move it or even to drag and drop it at all. Is there are any way to re-enable that in 7 or something? For something as necessary as this, it would be ridiculous to have been taken out completely.
