My girlfriend and I were talking on Skype with my parents (who live in the USA) and we got on the subject of me maintaining residence at our current house. I was curious what would happen if they should move and what I would have to do with maintaining residence in Georgia (where they live now). Instead of getting a PO Box or anything like that, I just asked if I could theoretically just keep my residence with them wherever it is they move to. They said yea, that would work. My girlfriend's response to this: "What is that syndrome about children refusing to leave home?" Me: "Being Jewish."
