If you play medic or supply kit pay attention to radio calls for things like medic and ammo needed. When you hear a call that your kit can take care of, have a quick glance at your mini-map to see if they are close enough for you to help out and possibly earn a team point. An icon appears on the map of the corresponding call.
This method works in reverse for when you need these things as well. Make the radio call and find the corresponding icon on your map closest to you and go get what you need. Most players that have any battlefield awareness at all will meet you halfway heading to your call for healing or ammo. Of course you try to do these things while not getting killed as well. My favorite thing to do is spam what I need be it ammo or healing while I run over to the person who can give me ammo or healing and they are running away from me or standing there all clueless.
This goes for any kit pay attention to need medic calls on your mini-map as well, it may allow you to locate the enemy by the bodies they are leaving behind. If your little dot fiends are disappearing on your mini-map then you should know whats around. Medics get the death icon on the map as well so the position where your teammate died will linger for a bit helping this out. Notice what killed them as well on the kill scroll, top left of the screen, to know what your up against.
