What can I do about UPS and it's dumbassery?

For some reason, Newegg chose to have me be required to sign for the monitor I ordered. But I'm never home on weekdays between 7 AM and 3 PM because of school so I can never receive the package

It was supposed to come today between 2 and 5 PM for the 2nd time and then I see that they missed me and the next time they're bringing the package is on Monday and Tuesday between 7 AM and 2 PM: The only days next week that I am in school and during every full hour that I'm not home. Fucking. Idiots.

What can I do about this? Is there any way I can schedule for them to come at a time that makes sense? And if not, how do I go about getting my package from them since they're clearly never going to get the time right? Do I have to go their office, and when is it open till, if so?

I think after 3 attempts, they tell you to just pick it up at their distribution office.

When they give you these slips of paper telling you, there's a telephone number and each paper has a unique tag number. Call that number and arrange for a delivery time. I got lucky and the guy was still out in my area making deliveries and dropped off my package on the way back to the warehouse. Try that. Call them as soon as you get home and see if the driver can swing by again. Or just tell them NOT to send it out for delivery and you'll pick it up as soon as it is back in the distribution center. (just make sure to get the address of said center)

or have the UPS guy bring it to a neighbor and make sure it's a neighbor who knows to check out the box and everything before signing for it.

Yeah you can pick it up at the distro center. I think it's in Landover so not too far from you, of course I could be thinking about FedEx.

No, it's Landover. The call was even from a 301 number, not an 800 number

I went on the website and scheduled to have them call me, and I just got off the phone a few seconds ago with the lady and she said I can pick it up between 7:30 and 9 tonight, but no earlier unfortunately.
