The rest of the world doesn't really want to hear "After further review.." every five minutes. The absence of all of these boring elements is part of what makes football interesting. Red cards can be reversed by a governing body, and in extreme cases, matches can be declared void and rescheduled. That's all the "oversight and appeal" that's needed.

I disagree. After watching the USA vs Slovenia game, that goal was so legal it's not even funny - that's a decision that should be reversed. Then you have all the dives that are in football that can influence the game. I remember a game that was related to me by a friend on 2002 where a player kicked a ball, it hit another player in the shin and then the player that got hit fell to the ground and grabbed his face as if he had just been mauled by a bear (believe it was the Brazil vs South Korea match) - the South Korean player got a red card. Then you only need to look at the Italian team and players like Ronaldo and see the rest of the bullshit that happens all the time.

Which is back to a point I made earlier.  If it is demanded that every single decision in a game must be 100% correct then we must have a video replay for everything.  Offsides, corner/throw in awards, yellow cards.  Then you have created a stop start game.  I'd rather have it as we put our faith in a Referee and be done with it.

England sucks. None of the Algerian players (according to the commentator on ORF) is even playing in a league anywhere and they're holding off the ENGLISH national team.

Err, loads of the Algerians play around Europe.  Still a wank performance from England though.

Come on England!

Yeah, and ORF has pretty much false information there, the commentators here were E.g. going on about the Algerian dude with the Scooter hair (read: hydrogen peroxide piss blonde) that he plays in the Bundesliga (Wolfsburg) and hasn't made a single goal this season, and what a disappointment he has been because of this. Or was it another guy. Anyway: This dude.
I need around tree fiddy.

England are wank, have always been wank and will always be wank unless someone grows a pair and has a proper shake up of the team selection.

How and when? It could only possibly be reversed during the match. Then what about all the other game-affecting incidents? Should they also be reviewed during the match? Stop-and-go is an incredibly tedious concept. The current system has worked for more than a hundred years, and there is nothing wrong with it. It's how the game is played.
