After reading some of the reviews of games this year, I think that anything that wins GOTY is just a product of whichever game company throws enough money into the IGN, gamespot, gamesradar websites.
Nobody reviews a game properly any more. It's all bs.

I hope Uncharted 2 wins something, maybe even GoTY. I think IGN AU said that Uncharted 2 was their game of the year, then again Aussies can only access about 1/3 of all games released, but still.

Well I resolutely avoided voting for MW2 and L4D2 in any category. It meant I had to skip some catagories but never mind. I gave Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story a few votes. It's a pretty fun game.

3 out of 4 nominees for "Best original score" have a 2 in it.
