Whats better? I've heard good things about both on a flash drive (64GB). FAT wont work since I want to put files bigger than 4GB on it. Ive used exFAT for a bit now but it randomly failed twice and deleted about 25GB of movies Plus its transfer speeds are really slow. Would NTFS or any other file structure be better?
NTFS is generally the way to go for all windows disks - flash or regular.
Btrfs comes to mind as a more efficient file system for flash, but you won't be running that on windows any time soon

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
NTFS mang. Fo sho.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
NTFS has far more benefits that any current FAT system. Go NTFS.
Hmm, every time I attempt to format it to NTFS it gives me the error "Windows was unable to complete the format". And I've tried both quick and normal (aka painfully slow) formatting.
