SEN10RS (oh how cliche): College choices?

So around this time is when the early action acceptance letters come in. I already got one from YCP, I'm waiting on 4 more (including my top choice).

I've applied to:

Pace University - Downtown NYC (Top choice)
York College of Pennsylvania (got in)
Fordham University - Bronx (sent me a preferred student application and I've talked to the dean... I think I'm good)
SUNY Albany (brother goes there and they have a good criminal justice program)
Flagler College (have family in Florida)

I think I might apply to American University regular decision as well. My cousin is a US Diplomat working in El Salvador and he knows the dean VERY well. He says he could pull some strings for me so who knows.

CA college requirements are so ridiculous i figured fuck it sophomore year.

CSUs require FOUR FUCKING YEARS of FOREIGN LANGUAGE. ive done two of spanish and fuck it i will never take another spanish class.
A year of fine art. im in yearbook photo and get no fine art credit so im fucked on that. then 4 years of science and Ive already had two college prep sciences and I really don't want to do chemistry. So im screwed because to do AP bio or AP environ I have to do chem first so im over that
like a thousand hours of community service hours

and tuitions going up 30% fuck that

and a 3.7 to get into anywhere. which im basically fucked becau
I mean don't mind that I got a B in AP history, or a B+ in NON WEIGHTED advanced english. Theyd rather have a kid who did nothing and got an A in regular english. Thats when I said fuck over acheiving. Now im in regular english, have had two homework assignments all year and have a 95%. I should have done that from the beginning.

after two years of CC im hoping to go to boulder for two years then maybe USC for grad school. I want an MBA and a finance. I either eventually want to own a car garage, some random business, or just do OTC stocks. (been fake moneying OTCs for the past two years and if I would have started with 20k I'd have 500k right now. winrar

you have no idea what you're talking about. CSUs do not require any foreign language. UC system only requires 2 years foreign language

CUNY if you want to be in NYC.

Baruch is an excellent business school and helps you transfer into NYU. CUNY professors interchange with NYU and Columbia.

If you are aiming for college to prepare you for a career, then pick the best school you can get into for that program and don't worry about where it is. So what if it's in the middle of east bumfuck...If it's what you need to get a good start on post-graduate education or a career, then who the hell cares?

Location's not THAT big of a deal to me (hence why York is on my list) but it still does matter.

Of course not. Like I said though, it's still a factor.

(my friend from BOCES last year would have had a full ride to Cornell if he did Navy ROTC. He's going to SUNY Maritime instead, but damn..)
