Yeah shame that I graduate with 2 majors, Business Information Systems, and Management.

Sif I'd end up working in a call centre. To do that, all you need to do is be able to talk on a headset and read an instruction manual. Then again, I can see how you'd think that is so hard.

There are 5 techs (myself included), for all 1500 PC's and Windows servers.
The marketing department has their own tech to support the 50 MAC's.
Do the math.
