Its not a low of low. This has been ongoing for about 5 years. Its related to the rehab I attended in Western Samoa over 10 years ago. There is reason for this to go forward.
But in general, Ken, class-actions are pushed forward by greedy lawyers, as described above.
How is it a low though? Don't the lawyers just profit big?
The lawyers get massive ammounts of cash, the victims get very little and yet the lawyers go out and say they do it "to punish the company". Yeah right. That's low.
