My problem isn't inadvertently biting my nails, my problem is that now they have grown slightly, and being used to not having nails, this feels incredibly uncomfortable, giving me an urge to bite them.
i bit my nails back in the day. stopped when i was like 12 and the urges went away after a few weeks.
