Lately I've been on a Mexican food kick.
The salsa I made last night made me come in my own mouth, with a chip.
Imagine habanero, roasted bell pepper, scallions and a green apple all chopped real fine with a splash of lime juice and fresh black pepper. Sound good? Top that with finely chopped horseradish greens and some fresh mint. Jesus, when you put that on a pork taco it is seriously groan inducing. ( protip with pork or carnitas; use really hot salsa, like the recipe in this post and make a taco. Top that taco with chopped peaches and I swear to God you will never taste a finer taco)
