Crazy Ping

Today i was playing on the servers i normally play on where i get a ping of about 60-100 but for some strange whilst i was playing my ping shot up to over 600 and I got kicked from the server, and on the search engine for the servers on UK servers it was showing the ping of the server was over 500 yet i live in the UK.

Answers to this would be apriciated.

Dear God please let my karma one day reach 100, whether it be tomorrow or 1000 years in the future i want it to happen.

Thats strange, whenever i play a british server i have a high ping but whenever i play one in the netherlands my ping is like 20. Its the same with american ones my ping is lower than the british ones

i had ADSL 1 and a ping of 17 during playing bf2
now i got ADSL 2 and a ping of 60 during playing bf2

so its a matter of in which netwerk you are and which type internet
