Bung them in the oven (careful if the sqewers are wooden though??) and finish them in the grill to give it some colour. I reckon in the griddle you cant cook them evenly as the sticks will be resting on the side of the pan, giving an angle in which only the last few chunks on the Kebab get cooked.liquidat0r wrote:

So I'm thinking I'll just whack them in a normal frying pan for a bit and then stick 'em in the oven (or grill them) while I prepare the rest of the meal.
I never do but if I was doing this Id have them on a bed of rice with a sauce drizzled over the top. Id still do what Mr Oliver suggests though not Mr 27.
I only do them out the back at bbq's. Talking of which, I always Microwave my Chicken and Pork first before cooking them on the barbie, take less on the barbie and you know they are done on the inside.
