A few weeks ago my speed dropped from 16 to 13Mb, so last week I phoned the ISP and spoke to this nob who was clearly reading from some customer flow chart and didn't understand a word of what he was saying, after going in circles 4 times and half an hour later i demanded to be put through to the 2nd line support, he said they will say the same as he did and he didn't want to put me through but in the end he got them to call me back the next day. I explain what has happened to the 2nd line guy and two minutes later he changes something and restarts my router and I'm back at full speed, then he says "hey let's see if we can get it to go any faster!" and now I'm 2mb faster than before...
