...from sugar. Realised i was taking in way too much, i started with not sugaring my tea and coffee, seeing as i can drink up to 6 cups a day and with 2 sugars a time, thats a fucktonne of sugar. Then i like fruit and you have all the naturally occuring sugars in that, then i'm partial to the odd fizzy drink. And sweets and well, it all adds up, wierd tho cos i have really good teeth.
So yeah, trying to knock that little nugget on the head.
