When you say food is covered, you mean all three meals? Well, lunch and dinner at least, you'll presumably sleep through breakfast. You'll be able to drink when you're there won't you? I'd say at least $150 a day. I managed to spend $200 a night drinking in Vegas.

Also, when I was in Vegas, it wasn't pool party season. Assuming similar things happen on Spring Break in DR - and I don't see why not - you'll need some cashish to keep you nicely buzzed during the day.
