Ok, now hear me out, this just sort of occured to me.
So whoever gets the most points per round gets a gold medal. The more I've played this game I think thats very flawed. Golds should go to whoever has the most points on the winning team and then silver to the next on either team and same with bronze. This would reward the best team player more fairly since this is a team based game. I had a round earlier where I was just gunning in a blackhawk and got a gold yet my team played like ass and lost very quickly. I in no way deserved that gold for some lucky shots and picking up extra points from the other gunner. We lost.
Now what the hell was I talkin about with the NBA? Well, if you are a basketball fan you know that todays most popular players are the ones who put up numbers but not necessarily are great team players. Prime example here is Kobe "the rapist" Bryant. Kobe can be a great player and does put up outstanding numbers but at the cost of his team not winning games.
Look at the Detroit Pistons. Now I'm not a Pistons fan but its a shame that such an amazing team had no players named to the starting 5 for this years all star game. This is what its like when that guy chuckin c4 out the back of a blackhawk gets a gold while that team that actually played well and won the round didn't have anyone rank in the top 3.
Anyway, just a thought and its a bit more interesting in my opinion than "bunny hoppers and noob toobers are teh suck" threads.
