So, we have a swiss family as guests at the hotel I work at. I had a shift on thursday and this little girl comes to me and tells me it´s her birthday and what a great day it was and that she will never forget it.
Then I realise the strangely looking shawl she is wearing on her head and realise it might be due to her not having any hair, like cancer patients do have.
I didn´t even ask how old she was, but judging by her appearance not older than 7 or 8.
I couldn´t bring myself to the indiscretion of asking if she was sick, so I just congratulated her.
