Saw Alice Cooper (act in his own, can't believe he opened up) and Iron Maiden last Wednesday. Phenomenal show.
Iron Maiden is awesome live.
I saw Temper Trap on 6/16. Next up is Bonobo at the end of July and then Beach House in Sept. Might go to OutsideLands in SF in August too. Skipping Rock the Bells this year

I've seen Iron Maiden twice now (2008 and 2011) and to say they're awesome is a gross understatement. I wasn't even a fan until I saw them the first time. You will seriously not be disappointed.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

I have seen Maiden about 20 times they still sound as good as they did over 20 years ago ALWAYS a good showJaekus wrote:

They played a great setlist, too. About 5 songs from Seventh Son of A Seventh Son and 4 from Number of the Beast, as well as an assortment of others. Such a great concert. It was in an outside ampitheatre too (Jones Beach) and we really lucked out with the weather.Christbane wrote:

Saw Phish in AC on June 15,16. They rocked as usual. The weather was perfect for the weekend. It was great to meet up with some of the boys/girls and act like I'm 21 again for bit. A friend of my buddy FedEx-ed to our hotel a half Z of Jedi Kush. Plus some bloomers and these gel tabs with liquid THC or something. IDK, I'd never seen them before. Good time had by all. Atlantic City is pretty much a dump though. I liked the beach bars though.
how many times have you seen phish?
atlantic city sounds like a tourist trap dump , yah

I dunno what it was, but Bruce didn't really seem into it or willing to interact with the crowd as much as he did a few years ago. Still an awesome show regardless.
Better late than never, here's some pics:
Who's that standing awkwardly on the stage?

No, I don't need an attitude adjustment. You just need to fuck off.
Saw John Mellencamp tonight. I felt about 3 decades younger than the rest of the audience. Still a great show
Tu Stultus Es
Would love to see him live. Used to love him as a kid, although I don't like his new stuff so much.bugz wrote:
