Every time I get in the shower or bathtub, I pee (sometimes the water takes too long to get warm).
Every time I go swimming, I pee (gotta keep warm).
Every time I throw a snowball, I pee (gotta keep warm).
Every time I pee all over my hands when using the bathroom, I pee even more (gotta keep my hands warm).
Every time I finger a chick, I pee (it turns her on).

I'm afraid this has had a huge consequence on my life, as now, every time I wash my hands (i.e. get them wet), I have a strong sudden urge to pee. Even if I peed 10 seconds ago and didn't drink anything in the moments in between.

Is there anyway to correct this? I guess I should keep getting my hands wet but resist the urge to pee? But that's painful and annoying.
