is anyone else having trouble with BFHQ and the game in general...

in the last two days i got the staff officer ribbon and the SF helicopter badge and they are not in BFHQ or anywhere else.... not even the time and things from the round have changed...

and i even played a map longer after i won it, so i know i didn't exit too soon...

so basically is anyone else having trouble with this?
