I'm really missing the good ol days of Forklift Wars, FuShe boat race, Wake Island race, Civilian car wars, etc.

Just wondering whether you people would be interested in another one. I has idea...

Jalalabad Car Chase.

How it would work:

You sign up for cars...

One person is the target, his car is the one being chased, they get the DPV.

Everyone else gets humvees.

Wouldn't require any map modding, just a set time and teams. I might be willing to organize this if a mod helps me keep up with registration.

that's the point, it's gonna be hard man...

If I get more than 10 people interested, and a mod willing to help me with regs, imma make registration thread and set time.

Then all we need to do is get the thing set up with the server admins and get the server passworded on that date.

nah i mean unless you had like...4 hummers all with a gunner and you had a rough idea of where the dpv was...you'd never catch it.

but colour me interested. and then possibly finish up with a night of crashing peoples servers and discovering how terrible we all are.

How about the Chased team switches to american, and the chasers have a commander with arty and such... that could work.

Would be epic liek: If drivers actually listened to commanders.

i'd start the dpv on the MEC side, give's him a better head start. also means the chasers have all their vehicles leaving the same place

this would mean the mec dude having to come pick up a dpv and saying when he's ready

Not that hard, I agree, Also the entire crew would have to wait for the other guy to pick it up.

Maybe Mashtuur would be a better map? I dunno about the map, if you think you have a better idea let me know.

Killing team becomes the chased after they kill the chased, forgot to mention thsat.
