Why is my F2000 unlock available only in SAS?

I have the following unlocks ...

Assault
G3
F2000

Medic
L85A1

Special Operations
G36c

Sniper
M95

AT
DAO-12

for some reason, the F2000 does not show up as an option when I play any Army other than SAS?

All of my other unlocks seem to wek fine, it is my first "2nd tier" unlock. Am I missing something (sorry I am still pretty new to this).

The 2nd tier unlocks are for use on regular BF2 only for whatever reason.
When you see them available as SAS it is because they are their default weapons.

You can only use the SF unlocks in regular BF2.

2X-C: Member; +0|7138

The F2000 is the "regular" weapon of SAS Army.
If you play as SAS you can use the F2000 even if if you hadn't unlock it.
You have also a problem with this unlock...
Did you unlock the F2000 recently?
