I got into the show from mid 2nd season until the end of the 3rd season, and the end of that season was around where the logical conclusion to an ending should've occurred. But then I read there were still another 3 seasons to go so I thought "fuck this" and never watched another episode again.

It is a TV show, get over it. Why so obsessed to be talking MONTHS after its over about how much better then it you are.
It was not amazing, but really not too bad. The amount of shows out there that are FAR worse is ridiculous, if you want to get hung up on how shit a show is... why chose this?

It could have been a very deep, very intricate, very well thought out show. Instead, it turned into a primetime soap opera with the pretense and conceit of being intricate, deep, and well thought out - while obviously being just as haphazard and randomly written as any other formulaic shit soap opera out there. If it were just another of the vast multitudes of pure shit, it would be long forgotten. The 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies faceplanted in a similar fashion.
This show was like the 160 IQ genius kid in college that turns into a meth-head after one too many 'study harder' pills into a 20+ credit engineering courseload.
You don't remember him because he's another fucked up waste of life - you remember him because he could've been something so much more.
