Hi all

Booting up my PC nowadays takes bloody ages and loading up Firefox takes ages and when in-game on TF2 the game just constantly freezes and starts lagging a lot. Any advice on how I can combat the long loading times?

Defrag, disable startup programs, and update all drivers, or perhaps its time for a reformat.

Your best bet is a clean reformat - if the issues still exist after you install the latest updates, it's a hardware issue.

I had the same problem kez... a defrag worked for me too, for about a week. Then the same problem comes up again.
