Why is that when i call for Thai food, a person who speaks rather poor English manages to understand me, collect my order correctly, provide an accurate total, and apply a great deal of courtesy.
Same with Indian restaurants, except the English IMO is considerable better on the whole.
Yet service people that have supposedly been in the country all of their lives can't seem to manage simple math, have their mouths hanging open like reh-tards, get things wrong consistently, and basically being fail.
