Was supposed to drop some stuff off with a friend, wanted me to come to his work at 11, and he's not here... An hour later he's finally on his way over. I was hoping to be quick and done with this so I could be on my way home by now. Guess I'll be catching the later train/bus/whatever (which is why it annoys me even more)

At this moment I had an epiphany, this blatent trust, this disregard for procedure, this sheer friendlyness is the fundamental reason behind the English North/South devide. You don't get that shit down south, you get your exact change whilst being watched by 4 CCTV cameras, and then with your change you go to starbucks or krispy kreme or dunkin donoughts or some other overpriced, big business, bone american eatery that resides in a big city environment and buy yourself a double creme frothy, chocolate chip, decaff lattee with extra fucking lame.
