and no ghetto, judges don't have anything to do with the law unless you go to court... i never went to court. i have a police record but not an actual criminal record, i.e. the government officials and government agencies can call up my file and see the police's recorded entries, but i have nothing on the public roll that a public organisation or prospective employer/school could access. i wouldn't get refused access to the us (i hope) because i don't actually have any drug charges-- and even if i was found guilty, it definitely wouldn't be for any trafficking / possession with intent to sell shit. the quantities were too small.

Oh right, as I vaguely remembered it - apparently incorrectly - you got sent in front of a judge but he decided it wasn't worth doing anything about so threw it out.
So possession of a class A for personal consumption isn't going to get you a criminal record?
