I installed 64bit the first time but I got a virus which made me install it again. I put in the 32 bit cd in bye accident and I installed without selecting custom install. So I now have 2 operating systems on my hard drive and I am stuck using the 32 bit version. I want to completely remove everything off my hard drive and install the 64 bit version. Can someone guide me threw the mess I've created ? I know this is 101 stuff but I don't want to go ahead and act like I know what I'm doing and get stuck with 3 operating systems on my hard drive. Thanks in advance.
Insert the 64bit disc, and boot to it. During the install it should ask you which partition or hard drive to install it on. Delete and format all partitions and install it on the drive like this:Obiwan wrote:
