Does youtube just suck at streaming videos?

Okay so all the time im on youtube and the fucking video always has to buffer every 5 seconds, and it takes so long to load the video that its not even worth it.

The catch is i have super-fast internet.

my laptop is much faster than me old desky. the laptop loads fast while desky is slooowwww

Yeah I experience this too. Google should put some better servers behind Youtube.
