no problem with this officer.
when an officer is trying to handcuff someone, you stay the fuck out of his way.
by all means film it to have proof if he starts beating her

however  this next video shows a bad cop.

the biker stops 7-8 seconds after the cop hits his lights.
slightly and slowly rotating your body to speak to / listen to the officer over the sirens

is it such a bad judgement ............. you got 2 bikers that get blue lighted at the moment for wreckless driving - then it turns into high speed pursuit - then we see that theres been enough time lapsed that the biker has come to complete stop and removed his helmet - now the officer exits his vecihle and sees that the biker with his hands in his lap turn to his right ( where it is very diffcult to see if there is anything in his hand )

all this happens in just seconds .... theres no stopping to analyze the situation

but guess he should have followed the same ROE as we do in the military - Only Fire when Fired Upon

also it could have been completely avoided if he had only put his hands up from the very beging

He just stops, looks over his shoulder and gets shot

helmet or no helmet isn't a factor in this case , I only used it as a time reference but seeing as Ottawa Hills has no helmet laws

he turns from the hip up ... not just his head over the shoulder

Bad decison maybe for using his firearm instead of using a taser gun

No what is sick is your opinion that this cop had no cause for defending himself.
I'd really enjoy if you could tell me why you think that this is my opinion.

If you are sitting on a bike like he does, you bend your back slightly, then you have to lean your upper body to look behind you,, onless you pull a stigmata 360

Rule #1: Don't fuck with King County cops.
Rule #2: Give cops space when they are making an arrest.
Rule #3: Never try to fight back when being arrested.

I think the cop did the right thing. Absolutely. Equal punches for equal rights. They wanted it, they got it. Man up women and take note.

I intern in the District Attorney's office in the unit that prosecutes police officers and when I asked my boss about this case, this is pretty much the response she gave me.  When a cop tells you to stop, you stop.  If you touch or hit a cop while they're arresting someone, they're probably going to ruin your day if for no other reason than they feel you've created an unsafe situation for them.

Really? You can see both sides, well then explain the side to me that you see it okay to disobey a lawful order, and assault a police officer.

As you said it all happened pretty fast. It would have been noisy and possibly confusing so turning around to see what was going on was a pretty natural reaction. It would have been better if he had just put his hands up straight away, but its possible he didn't even hear/comprehend the command before he moved.

How much better would it have been if the cop had pistol whipped her to the ground, then put two rounds through the back of her head? That's the kind of shit I want to see cops doing. Make sure people fear the law.
