My left testicle has occasionally given me pain every once in a while for no apparent reason and I just shrugged it off but it became a little bit more common in the past week or so, and then today I went to a workshop for my job and everything was fine but soon after I got home I began to get a pain every so often and it felt like it was on the top of the testicle and up the line a little bit into the rest of my body. It get more common when I walk or when I'm in a standing position, either laying down or standing up walking around, and it seems like when I'm less stressed out it doesn't happen as often if at all.
A few hours ago it was pretty bad while walking around and I literally almost had a panic attack and layed down for about two minutes and then I was good for the next hour except for maybe walking around, then every 15 seconds or so it happened. After inspection it doesn't happen like at all really but then it started back up 5 minutes later. It also seems like a bruised kind of feeling when I touch the part where the testicle meets the cord, and it's only on the left. I suspect possibly Epididymitis or maybe just stress or maybe it's because I might've really got it going by jumping off a 5-step flight of stairs today and it carried the shockwave up to my testicles and they hurt then for a little bit. Scared that the pain might keep me from sleeping and I also REALLY don't want surgery
Any ideas?
