I just pressed play, then got some pop up asking me to download vlc player, i closed that and pressed the green play circle that appears on top of an advert

its a lie, i started it without entering a card and im in ohio.
this movie does start out with a car getting stuck in a swamp, and in black and white, right? looking at the synopsis it does.
