I desperately need more storage space, I want to get a 1TB HDD. Want to order it before I go to work. Would a Samsung Spinpoint F1 or F3 be better?

F3 is faster than the F1 I believe so that would be my choice.
P.S. max told me his 7th Samsung died on him the other day but his WDs are still going strong.

black is performance, green is energy efficient, blue is balanced.

Im using a 160gb blue now. I meant is Caviar black > F3?
I believe they are a tad faster. The black also comes with a 5year limited warranty as opposed to a 3 for the F3 (from Newegg).
