I hate grey threads, they are messy, they sit on the front page. I dont understand why Paces thread about chopping tree's or w/e got closed. Why was Jords life stories moved? In these eg's Im not saying its wrong I just dont understand why. Yaself and a few others know us really well now, can take a joke, can see a joke etc etc and its all good we know where the line is, sup to us wether we cross it. Then all of a sudden for the first time in ages others come and 'regulate' and within a short space of time people get kicked for imo non-kickable offences. This is really bubbling away inside of me deep down, as I say, I dont care if I get booted, you've seen me come and go as I want to, one of the few reasons why I have never wanted to be a mod, as I know I cant commit my time to this place as it would deserve if I was a mod. Im more than happy to talk about this in PM, if needed.

They disappear reasonably quickly. If you browse by New Posts/Recent posts/live view then you don't really see them at all. I prefer closing to deleting - people can see why it was closed and the threads appear in search results, etc (stopping dupes).1927 wrote:

It should've been left on it's own I reckon, it's focus is not too dissimilar to the DST intro thread's origninal focus but that's very old and not about how your life has played out.
