They are fucked. And it's going to hurt a lot of other people too because of America's incompetence when they finally pull the plug. There is no way the debt is ever going to get paid off, and it will just continue to grow till America tells the world to screw it's self and declares bankruptcy.

US had way more debt to GDP ratio and payed that shit off.
The US' debt is snowballing whilst their GPD is not.
