I would trust your opinion more about food if I had ever seen you post in the recipe section tbh.
I take your comments to be based in ignorance ( and no, I have not jumped on the hate pace bandwagon ).
I suspect that, given your age there is little chance you have much experience with resaurant.
The more diversethe local population the more it is common sense to have a diverse menu offering.
Also, the majority of the cooking staff will have experience in different ethnic foods, so it will all be based on the ingredienceand skill of the cook, just like the pizza.
And frankly, pizza is only easy to make if you use canned sauce and frozen dough. Who does that?
my recipe for gourmet pizza sauce:
take some tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, various fresh hebs, with basil being mandatory, douse with olive oil and slow roast at 170 degrees for about four hours on a cookie sheet, stirring once or twice. The veggies will gooify after the four hour roast. Place everything in a food processor you have the best pizza sauce you can imagine.
My pizza dough involves beer, not yeast and is super complicated
