I haven't, but a buddy of mine fractured a rib. Sharp pain / heavy when breathing, and pain in general I believe.

Hands out, always. Don't bend the arms so much, need to have them out in front of you more.
Maybe cracked though. Ice it and rest, obv. Then go to the ER in a few days when you start coughing blood

never broken or cracked a rib but i did bruise a couple on a quad. Really deep breaths and coughing were uncomfortable for about a month.

yes, hurt when i breathed, but wasn't anything ultra painful. By the time i got around to going to the doctor it was pointless to wrap it.
Most likely a bruise if you have to ask.
