They are still behind the 4 core i7s, 6 core i7 is uncontested. And they even previewed a sub 300€ 4 core Sandy Bridge mainstream variant that blew out the current 1000€ i7 980X and shoved AMD big middle finger being ready against the AMD Bulldozer.

Didn't leave much to talk about tbh, Intel controls the market atm.

I've allways had Intel CPU's and I think it would take a significant difference in speed/cost to make me go AMD

As for GPU's though, I get what is the best price/performance in my chosen price-range...
