I'm on face book ounce a day. When I wake up, I check then after that it verys. I caught myself playing games on it so I cut back on that to and banned myself from those games or ignore them. I can see how it is addicting but then again so is this forum...

Apart from the addiction/timespending angle, there is a more interesting point to it. Does it really delete you data? Cause there´s been a discussion through the news lately, that your data are stored for long periods of time without ones consent, which poses a data protection argument.
