The 1.8 lighting has really messed up some of my deep underground stuff on the creative server. Other than that, it's improved things closer to sea level, I think. I've had to replace the glowstone/glass ceiling lights with glowstone/glass panes, since the glass blocks no longer light up. Bleh.

All damage received (except for drowning, starving, suffocating, and burning) is halved.
This includes arrows and even fall damage and works with any sword, regardless of the material.
Just ordered more RAM for the server. At least now I won't be using 86% of the RAM when running Minecraft.(1GB right now.)
