On your feet boys, time to see what real men do.

I havent played with the patch, but im hearing that people are mining the streets like they're dropping candy.

If your on "Statpadkand" and were being spawn raped, just have 5 engys run at at the tank and drop them all around the tank, 2 of the engys might die in a blaze of patriotism, but 3 mines would screw the tank over.

Mines cant be blown up so basically tank drivers have less chance surviving AT mines.

Ok ive now played with the patch and...what is with the sniper rifles, there is something unnatural with the M95.

Sniping was fun!!!

Ive already got the PKM which, by the way, i bought down an attack chopper with, but couldnt get the UAV :p

But is it then worth getting the MG36(i think) aswell ?

MG36 is the most accurate support gun in the game but has lower damage than PKM

For comparison

MG36 PKM
DMG 30 45
ROF 600RPM 450RPM
Reload 4.9s 6.3s
DMG per sec 300 337.5

So PKM has 10% more DMG per sec but MG36 has better accuracy, ROF and reload time.

I prefer the MG36.

Pfff. I've just seen some guys shoot me with the PKM from incredible distances. So the accuracy of the PKM isn't a problem. It's basically an overpowered weapon.

Ok well today i was shot by the PKM by a standing enemey, 1 shot. No sound

3 seperate occasions.

just played mashtuur and it is sniper ally...eveyone is using the sniper kit now.

it sucks that mines can't be blown up...i play alot of engi and i used to blow my own mines up with grenades all the time to take out armor units while they were parked. this was an awesome tactic to take out that spawn camping tank or armor unit taking a flag. this will seriously hinder my engineer play.

I agree since I usually use this tricky tactic too, I'll no longer be able to blow them

Yes and now you can't toss a mine at a tank either...

A comparison:
EA's listening to n00bs is like the government listening to katrina refugees wanting to stay at hotels longer while on tax payer's dime. It's not a consensus that the game needed 'fixing'.

If you were previously inexperienced with a vehicle you will not make it 2 minutes without getting killed.

They always have been able to and still can. An engineer can also disable a claymore with the wrench.

Seems like alot of bullshit. I remember alot of days I was thankful my M1A2 could clear out the 15 mines that were dropped underwater at the crossing before the USMC base in Dragon Valley. It's now just about impossible to clear your own way to make your way into a base. GAY.

Exactly. I'm not exactly a plane whore, but now people are just going to start whining about armor whores because there won't be anybody to take out group like that. Should have been better than it was before, but it shouldn't be this good. If nothing else, shouldn't planes and especially choppers have multiple rounds of flares before reloading? What chopper only carries one round of flares before reloading?
