I abused the 'feature' that if you shout in a town, and fast travel to the next, after 2 or 3 times you're guaranteed a letter telling you where to find a new shout. They're always in the best dungeons so you end up racing through the game and become OP as fuck. wouldn't recommend.

I find the Dragon Priest masks, besides the one that grants you better prices in stores, to be both shallow AND pedantic.

Seriously, generally useless in combat. For me at least. Seems like it's more geared at people who use all magic.

Although I am kind of pissed I lost the Krosis mask forever because I sold it lol

Long ago. Wiki says custom spells aren't in Skyrim. Disappointing. You could make hilarious stuff in Oblivion.

ES3: Morrowind = 25.9 km²
ES4: Oblivion = 41.4 km²

A good counter statistic would be how much of those km2 are procedurally generated/re-use the same assets. Its funny that Oblivion is that much bigger than Morrowind because Morrowind felt far larger to me. Probably fast travel.
