Just wondering if this trick still works.

If you know how to do it, please share.

What does that mean, and how do I do it?

Is that when you die, and talk? Or click for medic?

The "*DEAD*" thing, it appears when you chat while being dead(obviously).

You can change this,search inside your localisation files (english.utxt) and put whatever you want, including big orange characters.

HUD_CHAT_DEADPREFIX *§1DEAD§0*

into this

HUD_CHAT_DEADPREFIX *§1§C1001DEAD§C1001§0*

§C1001 for orange, and if I remember correctly, §3 for bigger size.
