The irony of guns, is that they can save lives.
Doing some research on the game, apparently they made it free a few months ago. Also, the level cap is at 10.
So wait, play for free and you're capped at 10, pay and it's lifted?

So it's pretty much a glorified free trial.
Better than the day-limit free trials, methinks.
You can't use the mail system and certain chat areas such as advice or guild chat you can't do. Auctions also aren't available. You can still do some RvR and PvE and do quests and such. Certain areas are not accessible because they require higher levels.

I know this guy, he spends a small fortune on these warriors, horses and other battlefield items, paints them with uber details and... never sees daylight.
I have a 40k army. Spend several hundred £££ and many hours painting. Fun hobby but the stereotypes are generally true, vast majority of players are fat bearded men and teens who have no friends at school.

I love Dawn of War and all, but just because Warcraft/Starcraft mooched lore from Games Workshop doesn't mean that Blizzard's releases don't have a higher intrinsic value than the video game offerings we've seen from WH/WH40K.
