I'm trying to help my mother send me something from interstate. She needs to print the consignment note out to attach to the package.

The problem is the printer is only printing out the generic form, not the sender and receiver details. On the pdf file however it's clearly seen the sender details (I organised the delivery and we both received the same email).

I just got off the phone to her after trying a couple things out. I really have no idea what to do. She said the same thing happens when she tries to print her bank statement out.

Any ideas? I've got to have this sorted by tomorrow night.

Does your PDF program support printing? Some software only allow you to create and save forms but not print.

could try printscreen and paste it into paint... seems a bit of a bodged way of doing it though.
I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.

Yeah, we're both using Acrobat Reader.
Print screen is a good idea, but I'd like to get it going to regular way if possible. Might try that if all else fails though.

Really? But it happens with another file too, the bank statement.

Well that was painful. After attempting to guide her through it on the phone I got her to run Teamviewer and tried myself. In the end this is one the that worked:
