Are these results acceptable for this GPU? I've been out of this computer stuff for 2 years and got a new GPU since my old one fried 2 days ago.

gpu score is in the ball park.
the rest of the system is dated for mark 11.

mkay good, I know the CPU is outdated but a new decent one costs $500+ here, I dont know why its so expensive. One 2GB DDR2 RAM costs $90.
