So basically here I am with Windows 7 64-bit, but I feel there's not much I'm getting out of it. I think aside from the OS and the basic shit that comes with it (including IE8) I don't have much in the way of 64-bit programs.
Even the shit I thought would surely support 64-bit (Firefox, Steam, loads of games) doesn't seem to support it.
Then there's Crysis which I bought for like 2 quid off Steam, and for some reason EA have an agreement with Valve to not include the 64-bit bin/executable and all that which they do with the regular retail version (I'm glad I only buy games off Steam when they're dirt cheap during sales...fuck digital distribution/Valve really, it's just as shady as piracy)
tl;dr - Support for 64-bit sucks
